Eskaton and Adventist Health have joint-ventured with a
nationally-recognized PACE service provider, InnovAge, to bring
PACE to North Sacramento. PACE services are designed to
provide frail, nursing-home qualified older adults who are
MediCal and Medicare eligible, the opportunity to receive
comprehensive social, medical and therapeutic support at a local
Center. Transportation is also provided.
The Sacramento center is InnovAge’s largest at over 66,000 square
feet. The facility can serve more than 1,500 seniors from the
greater Sacramento area. The center offers five dayrooms, a
primary care clinic with 13 exam rooms, a dental suite with four
chairs, a full-service kitchen, and multiple patios for seniors
to enjoy beautiful California days. The center also has a
1,600-square-foot therapy gym and a large dining room.
