Resident's Family - February 2008

On behalf of my mother, I thank you again for loving care and concern for her. I live 400 miles away (and have no siblings) and hence, I truly appreciate all that you do for her since she lives alone, and I can’t be there as often as I would like.

She was thrilled to receive your Christmas gift packages. When I got to town, she and I went through each item one by one, and savored the joy it brought. And the delivery of the Valentine card was another source of joy.

Mom will be 87 this June. Her days are long and lonely, but your acts of kindness lift her spirits and bring light into her life.
