The region's newest medical centers, the area's largest shopping mall, numerous restaurants and specialty shops are all within short distances from the Eskaton Village location. Interstate 80 provides easy access to the Sierras and Lake Tahoe to the east, to central Sacramento and to San Francisco and the Bay area to the west.
Freedom from maintenance: Eskaton Village Roseville will be maintained by Eskaton and the Eskaton-managed homeowners association. Residents need not be concerned with landscaping, lawn care or exterior home maintenance and repairs.
Service-rich retirement community and home ownership: Eskaton has partnered with Lakemont, a leading Sacramento-area home-builder who will build patio homes and sell them directly to Eskaton Village Roseville residents.
